Handcuffs are used to restrain a player. They can be used on a player that has their hands up (Default Key: F2), and once used, they will stop the restrained player from using weapons and punching. These handcuffs will not, however, stop the player from running away. The handcuffs can be opened with the handcuff key and may be able to be broken open by another player. The player that removes the handcuffs, receives them in their inventory.
